摘要:本研究探讨了如何通过静电组装将2 wt%银(Ag)纳米颗粒掺入TC4-ELI钛合金中,然后再进行激光增材制造。目的是提高合金的力学性能、耐腐蚀性和抗菌性能。结果表明,静电组装的TC4-ELI/Ag样品的相对密度达到99.5%,极限抗拉强度达到1250.3 MPa,伸长率为16.13%,明显优于未改性的TC4-ELI和球磨的TC4-ELI/Ag样品。电化学分析证实了其耐腐蚀性能的提高,其中TAM3样品(静电组装)表现出优异的钝化效果,腐蚀电流密度较低,为0.239 μA/cm。抗菌测试表明TAM3的性能最佳,细菌生长明显减少,这归因于银离子的均匀分散和受控释放。
